A maintenance agreement on your commercial refrigeration or air conditioning can save you money on your annual repair costs, extend the life of your equipment and even avoid costly breakdowns. All our customers who have an agreement have access to a 24/7 callout helpline for emergencies outside normal working hours.
Every agreement is tailored to your own individual requirements, with a planned preventative maintenance schedule and will receive a priority response to any failures. HSL standard response service is 4 hours though for critical equipment, it is or aim to respond with 2 hours.
Each inspection involves checking, testing and cleaning each of the units covered ensuring that they are working efficiently and minimising the risk of costly breakdowns. Our Engineer will provide a written report confirming the work conducted an highlighting any components which are likely to require imminent replacement. Full certification is also provided should your system require leak testing in accordance to the European Union’ F-gas Regulations.
